The covered lanai area with high ceiling, fan, and light.  Guests may enjoy a lovely dining set with six chairs under the lanai as well as lounge chairs for the sun bathers.

WINDSOR PALMS RESORT

Windsor Palms Resort is a gated resort community 10 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and 19 miles from SeaWorld. The Resort offers a swimming pool and spa, as well as a fitness center, tennis courts, basketball and a business center. A bar and grill are located on site. Regal Palms is walking distance from Publix Supermarket, Applebee’s, Sunday Fish and Chips, Linkster’s Bar, Mia Pizza, and several take-out restaurants. A daily resort fee is charged by Regal Palms Resort and Spa.
The daily resort access fee is $20 per day plus tax per group. No exceptions. This fee has nothing to do with CFRM Villas.
