  • Email proof of ownership to VH4U.
  • Once verified, VH4U will email you access details to your Host portal.
  • Hosts have round-the-clock access to their dashboard where they setup their listing by following step-by-step instructions on the user-friendly interface.
  • Photos should be professionally taken for better marketing results.
  • Photos should be horizontal not vertical and be at least 1132 x 768 pixels.
  • Photos with watermarks or other company logos will be rejected unless written permission is granted.

VH4U is not the Merchant of Record [MOR] for booking payments. Our VH4U community recommends guests to pay hosts directly eliminating the middleman to the maximum degree possible. We do not limit Hosts ability to decide what payment system works best for them.
The host is fully in charge of setting the rates for the vacation property.
  • It is imperative for the Host to require a signed Rental Contract / Agreement as well as a List of Guests’ names. Click here to view sample / templates.
  • Request a photo of a government-issued ID from the lead Guest. Make sure it coincides with the address on a credit card if payment is made by credit card.
  • VH4U recommends Hosts to set the payment cut-off date two weeks before arrival.
  • Exercise extreme caution for so-called “last-minute” bookings.
Currently, our VH4U community accepts new hosts / properties from the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland and Brazil.
